It was the fifth 6/49 jackpot win in B.C. this year.

The winner or winners have a year to claim the prize after the Dec. 3 draw date. B.C. Lottery Corp. doesn’t reveal the exact retail location until after a prize is claimed.

The national lottery game is drawn every Wednesday and Saturday, and now includes a “gold ball” draw that guarantees $1 million, with a prize starting at $10 million that continues to grow until the gold ball is drawn. It sits at a potential $30 million to the winner for Wednesday’s draw.

Tickets can be purchased at retailers everywhere and online at playnow.com.
